She specializes in making complex nutritional concepts accessible to home cooks of all skill levels, and she is passionate about Mediterranean and plant-forward cooking traditions.

Piotr trained at the Polish Culinary Institute and has worked in restaurant kitchens across Europe before transitioning to food education.
